Biographies

Pieter Mimno, President
Mr. Mimno is co-founder and President of Mimno, Myers & Holum, and has overall responsibility for company operations. Through various seminars and consortia, he provides unbiased, objective guidance to industry on the specification of data warehousing architectures, selection of components, and development of data warehousing applications. In addition to public seminars, Mr. Mimno provides on-site consulting in the development of data warehouses for a wide range of clients. Mr. Mimno has accumulated extensive practical experience in identifying mistakes that are commonly made in the development of data warehousing applications, and assists MMH clients in building successful data warehouses incrementally. Mr. Mimno holds a BS degree in Physics and MS in Aeronautics and Astronautics from MIT.

Mark Myers, Chief Executive Officer
Mark Myers is co-founder and CEO of Mimno, Myers & Holum. Mr. Myers has led the company's rapid growth, taking it from a privately funded US operation to a multi-national organization. Under Mr. Myers’ leadership, the company has received broad industry recognition as an innovative market leader serving the decision support needs of more than 300 global companies. Before founding MMH, Mr. Myers founded Inalytix in 2000, Walldorf Technology Group in 1998, and Myers-Holum in 1981. Prior to founding Myers-Holum, Mr. Myers was a consultant from 1978 to 1981 with Price Waterhouse where he received his CPA. Mr. Myers holds BS and MBA degrees from Babson College.

Knute Holum, Chief Operating Officer
Mr. Holum is co-founder and COO for Mimno, Myers & Holum. He has more than 25 years experience overseeing the implementation of ERP, data warehousing and business intelligence applications for more than 200 clients. Mr. Holum previously served as Executive VP and Chief Technology Officer of Inalytix and Walldorf Technology Group, and was a co-founder of Myers-Holum. Prior to starting MHI, he was employed by Price Waterhouse as a consulting manager in their Management Advisory Services division. He graduated from Yale with a bachelor's degree in math and philosophy.

David Harding, Asia/Pacific Practice Director
Mr. Harding is the Far East Practice Director for Mimno, Myers & Holum, based out of Sydney, Brisbane and Adelaide in Australia. He previously served as Managing Director, Asia Pacific for Walldorf Technology Group. He has held senior IT management and accounting roles with F H Faulding Pharmaceuticals and the State Bank of South Australia. Prior to joining MMH he was a Regional Director of the largest SAP implementation partner in Australia. Mr. Harding graduated from the University of South Australia with a bachelors degree in business and accounting.

Chuck Ludwig, Senior VP of Worldwide Marketing
Mr. Ludwig has 25 years experience in the enterprise application marketplace, having served in senior marketing, sales, consulting and business development roles for global software and services companies. Most recently Mr. Ludwig served as Senior Vice President, Marketing and Business Development for Walldorf Technology Group, a provider of Business Intelligence services in ERP environments. Previously, he served as Executive Vice President, Sales and Marketing at Myers-Holum, an ERP implementation firm. Prior to MHI, Mr. Ludwig was a consultant at Price Waterhouse, serving various Fortune 100 companies on issues of technology strategy and execution. Mr. Ludwig holds a BA in Management with an emphasis in Information Sciences from Golden Gate University.

Elaine Chin, Chief Financial Officer
A financial-management veteran who has led the financial growth of successful public and private technology companies, Ms. Chin joined MMH in January 2001 reporting directly to MMH CEO Mark Myers. Prior to joining MMH, Ms. Chin served for four years as vice president and chief financial officer at Walldorf Technology Group, a provider of business intelligence solutions to the ERP industry. She previously held the position of vice president, CFO and treasurer at Myers-Holum. Ms. Chin holds a BS in accounting from New York University.
